Carrick says reaching the next round is the goal as Dorgu is ruled out for AS Roma clash
Roma Manchester United
On the eve of the Champions League clash against AS Roma, Manchester United head coach Michael Carrick named qualification as the priority: “The goal is to reach the next stage.” He added that the team has a great opportunity to qualify and that the group knows what it is capable of, as it showed at certain points in the game lost to Chelsea. Yoro, Rashford, Shaw and Dorgu will miss the match. Carrick also recalled the 7-1 win over AS Roma in 2007, when he scored a brace as a player. Midfielder Kobbie Mainoo said the team is close to a turning point.
