Juventus, Spalletti: “Carnevali was perfect” in talks with the squad after Genoa
Juventus coach Luciano Spalletti said: “Carnevali was perfect”, referring to the meeting between the CEO and the general director and the squad after the defeat in Genoa. According to Spalletti, Carnevali struck the right notes and got the attention of everyone present. On the training camp at the Continassa, from Friday evening until Sunday's rescheduled match against Napoli at the Stadium, the coach explained that it can be useful as an exceptional measure when things are not going well, while when they are going well it can weigh things down. He added that the players get along well together and are friends.
