Roma, Ghilardi: “I kicked with all the strength I had”
In AS Roma's 5-2 win over Udinese, Daniele Ghilardi scored his first Serie A goal. Speaking to DAZN, he said he had kicked with great force despite cramps: “I had cramps and I was dead,” he joked. The defender said it had taken him more than two seasons to reach his first Serie A goal, after scoring in Serie B and Serie C. He added that all the players at AS Roma are involved, because “we all have the quality to make assists and score goals.”
