Sassuolo, Aquilani holds off on January market and relies on current squad
Alberto Aquilani has ruled out moves in the January transfer window, for now, saying: "Lucky whoever has an eye on January" and adding: "The squad is long for January, I'm not thinking about it." The coach pointed to the defensive absences, with Leysen out for a long period and Idzes available for only three matches, but did not use them as a reason to ask for reinforcements. He said he has confidence in the group: "Those who make up this squad give me guarantees."
