Savoia, Sessa: “How do you go from applause to insults in just a few months?”
Savoia
Savoia president Arcangelo Sessa has vented his frustration on social media after recent protests from fans. He cited a video in which the crowd chanted the name of Nazario, the same Nazario who is now being booed for asking for three days to wait before protesting, and recalled that the team went on to win and qualify for the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia. Sessa also explained that the club chose not to dwell on a previous Serie C season, when the club's president was arrested before the start of the 2013/2014 campaign, leaving the club in serious financial difficulty.
